IoT Node w/ access to 
If
you need local weather data but no possibility to install sensors then
you can query a weather station of the Weather Underground network near
by you.
Here
I use an
Omega2+ Linux device by Onion (onion.io) to request the Weather
Underground server and send the data to the Thingspeak Server for
visulization.
